What this site is

Regional Growth Engine is a regional operating layer that helps participating local chapters coordinate calendars, membership, sponsorships, and shared resources. Information here is for general use; nothing on the site is legal, financial, tax, or real estate advice.

Sponsorship inquiries and quoted prices

Sponsorship tier prices, package prices, and slot availability shown by a chapter are subject to confirmation by that chapter's leadership. Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding agreement; a signed partnership agreement and paid invoice do.

Member-only and sponsor-only content

Some pages require authentication. You agree not to share login credentials, and a chapter may revoke access if these terms are violated.

Trademarks

Chapter names, sponsor names and logos, and other trademarks referenced through this site are the property of their respective owners and used here with permission.

Outbound links

Links to external sites are provided for convenience. Neither Regional Growth Engine nor participating chapters are responsible for content, availability, or privacy practices on those external sites.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is.” No warranty is made about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Regional Growth Engine, participating chapters, and their volunteers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be heard in courts located in Texas.
